The grapes, left to dry naturally on the vine, give a high concentration of sugars and aromas typical of raisin wine.

Its color is golden and brilliant.
The nose is intense, rich in delicate honeyed, citrus and vanilla notes, with nuances of noble rot in the closing.

The palate is sweet, full-bodied and robust. Tannic notes typical of the grape variety are perceived.

Hints of honey blend with citrus ones.

They are enveloping and accompany pleasant notes of ripe fruit such as apricot and figs.

The sweetness is extremely balanced and retains a good note of freshness.

Excellent with dry desserts, with almond cakes; or with creamy mascarpone-based desserts.

It is also perfect with pumpkin gnocchi, medium-aged cheese board, ham and figs or with foie gras.

Harvested by hand in the last week of September.

Maceration for 12 hours on the skins. Soft pressing. Flotation with nitrogen.

Fermentation in stainless steel at 16°

Serving temperature: 10° – 12° C
